Day 9 was a 45 minute workout for 2.84 miles. After warming up with a walk of 1 miles I did a timed run of 2'45" @ 5mph. My feet have been bothering me and I don't know if it's breaking in the new shoes or the arthritis in my feet. I can't wait to get in 3 miles a workout so I have that feeling of accomplishment that I need so much. Having trouble coming up with positive, inspirational, transforming thought provoking material to put down in this blog. Working out has always been my salvation when I am down. I am strong and I will come back, just wait and see

I think both of us need to be creative with our workouts. Finding the time and energy to get them in right now is my achilles heel right now. I will get it straight and get to work. Here's the link to the program I want to start soon.
