A year, one day at a time. Day 19/Week 3

Did 2.60 miles in 45 minutes with 4'00" @ 5mph run.  Now I am getting my running up there I feel that the workout are more intense.  I even have to put my Cho-Pat knee brace on for my left knee.  My right sciatic nerve is giving me fits again, which I think is from the fast walking.  I have a sciatic nerve stretch that really works but I hate doing it because it is so uncomfortable.  I'm not doing to bad for only having 13 days of working out in.  My bod's still not liking the workouts but I am doing it.  Try this:  Workout the first week for 5 days with 2 days of rest.  The second week:  Workout for 5 days with 2 days of rest.  This should start a muscle memory patern to the point that you want to workout

Cycling:  5.27 miles

  1. Ok, July is here and it's time to get busy. I think I have finally got things settled in here. I hope to get a little stability now so I can focus on getting this weight off AGAIN. It looks like things are coming along for you. Keep up the good work. Love ya.
