A year, one day at a time. Day 1

I decided to wait until today to start my new adventure.  Again my lofty goal is to lose 23 pounds.  I will accomplish this by working out 5 days a week.  My exercises will be walking, hiking, running, cycling, swimming and weight lifting.  Gives me plenty of diversity so I shouldn't get bored.  If you are having a hard time logging into my web site, please let me know.  I know some of you are and I might have to start a new one.  So here I go again.  Just Run, Just exercise, Just do something active and it will pay off in the long run

  1. Sounds like you have a pretty good plan laid out. I am trying to switch things up a little bit so I am not trying to just kill the treadmill. I need to put some muscle back on since I've killed it with all my running and no lifting. I guess we'll see how things go. STAY FOCUSED!! Love ya and thanks for watching after my family while I'm on vacation in Korea. LoL!!
