Get your sleep

After Sunday and Mondays double workouts I was wasted totally.  I could hardly focus during the day on Tuesday.  Only having slept for around 6 hours compounded the feeling.  My plan on Tuesday was to run 6 miles.  The way I was feeling there was no way I would be able to do this.  I didn't work out, just went home ate a meatloaf sandwich with a few chips, watched tv, then went to bed at a little after 8.  I was able to get a fantastic nights sleep.  I have the workout/tired muscle/lack of energy/super motivated/wonderful feeling that you get when you workout consistently.  The people that don't workout don't have a clue what I am talking about and the ones that workout are saying ( O YA ) I know that feeling well.  I have been consistent in eating better and it is paying off.  I now have 2 days in a row of being 219.  I can't wait for that scale to say 218 because that means I am finally off of that plateau I have been on for 45 days.  The 2 a days have been a challenge but boy do they pay off.  Be consistent, eat right, ride bikes, swim, run, lift weights, walk, just do something and get your sleep

I got up with the I wanna take on the world feeling and weighed in at 215.2. We are on our way my friend.
