Shrimp dip
Got in my 25 for the week with a 4.14 mile run today which burned about 600 calories. Today was one of those days where I slept really good with 9 hours of sleep but woke up in a mood. My lower back was killing me and I was hatefull. I don't get these moods. I guess everyone has them. I am glad I was so close to getting in my 25 miles. Getting out for the run changed my mood to where I only want to kill everyother person I see instead of everyone I see including those on TV and the ones that haven't been born yet. The run helped my mood but the back was still acting up so I stetched for 5 minutes or so which helped a lot. I need more stretching. I still haven't weighed, so we will see Monday morning if I commit HarryCarry or not. The only day I was bad was Saturday where the shrimp dip was my down fall along with a Pecan Roll/Chocolates/Nuts/Chips/more Shrimp Dip and chips. Just run

Is this Dad's blog or one by Bill Nordell? All the hate right on! just joking we all have our days some more then others. You need to treat yourself to treats every now and again. Hit it now another week and the holidays are gone and so is a lot of the temptation. Love ya keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI have these types of days mainly because of the stupid people that work for me can't seem to stay out of trouble and I have to answer for them. Now if I could "off" those people I would definitely be in a better mood most days. Delicious treats are our downfall and I found that out this past week with not one, but two heaping bowls of shrimp dip. I blame Heather. She didn't get any of the first bowl because Bella and I snarfed it down so fast SO I had to make a second bowl so Heather could get a little bit of that one. The holidays are almost past and we can get focused on a good fitness year. Keep it going in the right direction and let's do this (get healthy and thin). Love ya.
