12/23/10 Only 8 days to go

It has been raining on top of your 14 inches of snow which is making a mess but melting the snow.  Yesterday I did treadmill at work for 6.35 miles.  It was foggy today but I got outside for a 5.62 miles run on Palmer Hill.  I ran from home to the bottom of the hill by hwy. 89.  I started at the bottom and ran up two telephone poles then back down one pole,  back up two then back down one.  I really pushed the ups and jogged down the one all the way to 5th west.  Ended up being one heck of a workout.  Between the two workouts I think I burned around 2000 calories.  The morning I was 217.4 lbs.  Still trying to stay below 219 thru December.  With all the goodies it is hard.  Let me know all of your New Year Resolutions.  Just run

  1. Larry you are a stud.My workouts are suffering this week. Not making any excuses, just being lazy.
    My New Year's resoloution is to get on the nutrition plan I have designed and start my official training for the TRI.
    And of coarse nail it.
