12/17/10

No workout yesterday because I used the excuse of forgetting my workout clothes home.  I say it this way because I could have lifted weights in the clothes I was wearing.  I got weak because I had a plan for the day and I was pissed off because the shoe pod was on my shoes at home.  I might be to attached to my gadgets and not being able to down load my results to Garmin.  I will not do this again because it could be a habit.  The weight yesterday was not water and it wasn't a fluke.  This moring I was 217.2 which is wonderful because I didn't workout yesterday.  I am eating soooo much better.  I only have to eat enough to keep up my strength and keep my mood up.  We are going to Murray today and I am going to run at the Murray AC Center this afternoo or evening.  I will get another massage Saturday morning with Bill.  See Joette and the Grandkids.  Sat. night go out to dinner for Sherlines birthday with the Steadman crew.  Life is good for me.  I figure if I can have these result thru the holidays I will have even better after the first of the year.  Be consistent.

  1. Sounds like things are moving right along for you which is excellent. Keep it going through the holidays and don't let ANYTHING derail your efforts. I figure even if I slip up with my eating, as long as I get in a solid workout that same day it normally counteracts what I ate that day. Unless I really pig out. LoL. But in that case I feel horrible during my workout so hopefully I learn from the lesson of eating crap instead of healthy choices. Keep it up and BE ON YOUR GAURD while you are in SLC. Don't let those Steadman's ruin your diet with their excellent food. Love ya and BE CONSISTENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
