Push ups

Didn't want to run today but I did. I want to get to the place in my workouts where they are so much of a habit that I don't even think about doing them. Can't wait for that day. A fairly good workout today, I did 100 push ups, with a 3.69 mile run for a calorie burn of around 600. Consistency

  1. Well I have been a slack ass with my blog and I apologize for that. I will be better about posting on there. I think it really keeps the both of us motivated. I have had a pretty good week running. I will post my totals for the week tomorrow and go from there with being consistent with my blog. I am trying to get the running consistent before I try to tackle anything else right now.
