Try it you might like it
Today is a better day for me because I feel much better. I decided to get my running clothes on and take the wheeler out west for a ride run. I got in 3.01 miles of rocky, hilly, hot dirt roads and it was great while burning 564 calories in the process. I rode 35 miles and part of it was in 4 wheel drive bushwhacking on a trail someone had tried to open. A very good workout which burned more calories. I will post my weight for the first 15 days of the month tomorrow. I have been bummed out for a week or so with things that I have no control over. I find that this stress is hard to handle along with having been sick for 2 weeks. For the last 18 years my stress reliever has been running. It might not make things any better, but it relieves the stress. I had forgot how important my running is to me. Running is my drug of choice and I will hold it forever close to my heart. Try it you might like it
