Another one down

Today at work I got in 30+ minutes of upper body workout including 60 push-ups. We went to the pool after work for a water jog. I tried out the new goggles which worked great. The actual swimming was the challenge. I need an extreme amount of practicing my swimming before a triathlon will be coming my way. Like a huge whale with a harpoon in its side, no the whale would have looked more graceful. 4 day in a row and still feel motivated to do more. I figure I burned about 613 calories today. Another one down and by the end of the week I want a bag full of workouts. Just do something
