Light at the end of the tunnel
Feeling a little better today, but will not exercise, stomach still a bit unsettled. I do feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We need to be consistent even if it is a short workout. Type of workout doesn't matter as long as we get one in. Jared, jump in and let me know what exercising you do. You said you got in a 40+ mile week running. I can use all the motivation I can get. Let me know if you are still losing weight and how much. Just takes a minute to stay in touch.. Be consistent.

Larry, I'm glade you are feeling better. Your attitude no matter how much it changed from day to day is what kept me going. You need to use the same attitude on you self and you to will be back on the run.
ReplyDeleteI went for a 12 miler on Monday and I had to walk the last mile because I strained my calf. I have only ran 4.5, 6.0, and 4.4 scene then. I want to take it easy so I don't do permanent damage. I would feel very guilty if I did nothing and just sat. I have to do something.
