Down but still need work

Today has been a lazy day with me not doing much. The highlight of the day has been going to Wal-mart. I'm a little wasted from yesterdays excursion with the run and the wheeler ride in the heat. I did spiff up the 4 wheeler and it sure needed it. Now it looks like new. It has been 15 days since I started again to stay consistent with my exercise and eating. I started with:
Weight...........234.6 -------------8/15------ 224.6 .............-10 lbs.
Body Fat.........31.4% -----------------------33.3%
Blood Pressure...140/93 -------------------125/83 ------Better but still needs work
Pulse............74 ---------------------------- 67
Waist............47.50 -------------------------46" ----------Minus 1.5 inches
I have been sick so this reflects the stomach bug I had but I will take them anyways. I might go for a walk after it cools down. I would like to do something!!!!!Well its's been an hour since I did the original post and I did get off my butt. got on the treadmill and walked 1.5 miles and burned 273 calories. Three day in a row. Can you believe IT
