Baby steps
I am trying to get up to 200 push-ups a day (Brandon planted the seed). Today I did 61 which is 1 more than yesterday. I ran 2.2o miles on the treadmill at work for a total calorie burn of 549. I sometimes feel like these workout aren't much. Then I remind myself baby steps lead to great gains as long as you are consistent, which I will be this time
