Root canal

Two days down and so far so good. Yesterday I lifted weights for 45 minutes, quite intensively. I burned 477 calories. I was to sore to bike as I had planned. Will try and get that in today weather permitting (supposed to rain). Treadmill if no biking. I did not snack today but I did eat quite a bit. I have a tooth that needs a root canal (my first in 61 years). It is causing more pain than I like. My regular dentist is sending me to a specialist in Provo to fix it. This is all suppose to happen Monday. I have a high pain tolerance except when it comes to my teeth. Don't like the Dentist visits. Starting Wt. 234.6 Yesterdays Wt. 234.2 for a loss of .4lbs. Trying to be consistent
