January 6th.
I didn't get much sleep Monday night. I don't know if the swim we did from 5pm to 6pm or that I ate a large Chile Verde dinner sometime between 6:30 and 7:00 that night. At the most I got in 4 hours. With that said, no workout yesterday. It is funny how difference exercises can make you sore. I was sore from the swim we did Monday evening but in different muscles. So I feel like I really got something out of it. Also in the back of my mine I have been thinking of doing a Sprint Triathlon. This morning I weighed 234.0 lbs, a one pound loss this week. My weight will be posted every time I post just to keep my aware of how I am doing. So far today I got in a 6.01 mile run in 75 minutes and burned 1104 calories. My sugar buster is going well, so far nothing negative. Just Run

Hey Dad sorry I did't get on yesterday. I usally have a hard time sleeping if I eat later then normal. I will be glade when I can say I got 6 miles in to today, keep up the good work. what is the sugar buster? Well I am excited to participate with you and little bro! Just Run! ( or walk in my case).
ReplyDeleteMaybe I should try the weigh in every day thing. Maybe I would be more cognizant of what I am eating everyday if I see my weight. I know this will sound weird but I wish we had somewhere to swim here in the winter. Good thing we only have cold weather for a couple of months. It is good to have everyone on board for getting into shape. It is easier when you have a good network to support you.
