Happy Birthday Billy!
Billy I hope you are having a wonderful day. Call you later. It is good to have the first week of 2010 in the bank. I was a hard week for me with the wheezing keeping me up at night so I couldn't sleep. I also was having problems breathng when I ran. I am on my meds. and they seem to be working. The treadmill at work has been pretty busy with new years resolutions and the biggest loser compition going on. I am also having trouble with my home treadmill. I have all kinds of cold weather clothing and decided to put them to use. I will now run outside as much as possible. This week I ran 27.07 miles in 5h55m. We swam for 2 hours. I lifted weights for 35 minutes for a total time of 8h30m and burned 5321 calories. I lost 2.4 pounds this week. I am happy with the week. With my treadmill on the fritz I will have to really watch how I schedule my time. I am lucky to have the job that I have. Week one down, only fifty-one left. Lets all be consistent this year. Remember, "baby steps"

Baby Steps Indeed. I am glad that you are on your meds again until you can get off of them again once you get consistent. This place is swarming with New Year Resolutionists trying to improve their life health wise. But then February comes and so does the New Year's health craze. You had a great first week, keep it up.
