Groin Pull
I guest I should share the complete story why I have not been working out. On my last run on the 11th I was limited for time. I started out at 10 minute miles with no warm up like I usually do. Normally I warm up for 10 to 15 minutes with walks and runs. I was very uncomfortable with the pace so I picked it up to 9 minute miles. I needed a 3 mile run that day so when Carolyn stuck her head in to say lets go, with a quarter mile left, I kicked it up to 7 minute miles which was a mistake. The bottom line is I have a groin pull that has shut me down for the last 2 weeks. My fault and I didn't want to talk about it to anyone because it was so stupid on my part. Close to 20 years of running and still making mistakes like this. Now we know why I have been whinning about everything but what was bothering me. The problem is they take forever to heal. So now getting that off my chest, let the healing begin
