8/22/11

I just got off one of those weeks where you don't pretty much give a crap about anything.  Carolyn wants me to go to the San Rafael this coming weekend and see if I can get this out of my system.  No exercise at all last week.  Ate everything in sight.  I don't seem to be able to stay motivated longer than two weeks at a time.  I have developed a pattern with my workouts and this blog.  The blog name is Staying Consistent, which means putting together more than two workout in a row.  It means consistently eating better.  I don't know if I am doing to much because I am not in the shape I used to be.  All we can do is keep trying, when we mess up, start again.
