Slept better last night. I had a killer Insanity workout of 55 minutes then went down 45 minutes later and ran my scheduled 3 mile run. I had a hard time doing the 3 miles because my legs were dead. I burned a total of 1422 calories.. If nothing else happens with everything I am doing, I feel better about myself and this is good. If you want to feel better about yourself all you have to do is, do what you know you need to do. Do them over and over and over until they become a habit
