Persistence

I took a rest day yesterday because my body needed it. I have a real problem with the way I look at my workouts. I feel like I haven't did much because I don't have enough running mileage. I did a little over 10 miles last week. But I worked out for 7 hours and 21 minutes. That's alot of working out. I am running, cycling, swimming and doing Insanity which I think is actually getting me in better all around shape. I have to get over that fact that I can't get in my 30 miles a week and recover. Maybe if I get the weight off. Maybe if my body gets used to doing these workouts. Maybe if I eat better. Maybe if I keep up a good attitude. Maybe if all these come together I can start thinking that I am doing enough exercise

  1. MAYBE you are doing just fine & knocking out some hellacious workouts. I think that you look at your running miles a little different than the rest of your workouts because you started out running. But the all around fitness should improve your all around endurance. Just a thought. Keep it up. Love ya.
