Might be surprised
I didn't feel much like working out yesterday. My knee was bothering me all day, to the point they I had to get up and walk around. Again, I decided to start with the Insanity class and see how it went. A couple minutes into the workout I noticed my knee wasn't hurting as bad. Started really enjoying the workout, ended up staying for the ab workout. One hour and twelve minutes and a burn of over 800 calories I felt wonderful. The moral to this story is: If you don't feel like working out try starting, with the mind set that you can always stop at any time. As in my case you might be surprised
