1/9/11

Got in my 26 miles today.  I did my 10 mile long run and 5 shorter 3 and 4 miles runs.  A very good week.  I will post my weight tomorrow.  I will try and get in some running and stationary biking this coming week.  One day off was what I needed this week.  I will write more tomorrow.  Keep up your exercising.

  1. Ok, I got my head on straight after a piss pour week last week. It is time to get busy. Your totals are motivating to me. Keep up the good work and I'll try to keep up. Your weight loss is truly inspiring. JUST RUN!!
