Get those workouts in

I try to be at the aerobics room by 3:50 pm daily, but because of a phone call as I was walking out my door, I didn't get there until 4:25 pm.  After hanging up from the call I almost talked myself out of the workout because I had set in my mind that I was going to get in a 5 miler today.  Walking down the corridor I started beating myself up for thinking that way and reverting back to my old way of thinking.  By the time I hit Carolyn's office I had made up my mind to change clothes and see how many miles I could get in.  In conclusion I ran for 3.01 miles and burned 460 calories.  Because of the time restraints I actually ran faster than I normally do.  So our old saying of  "JUST DO SOMETHING" paid off big time for me
