I got in 6.04 miles running and 19.26 miles on the bike which burned 1679 calories last week. The totals are way down because I came down with something. No cough, no fever, just a slight sore throat, alittle cramping, really tired and I hurt all over. My body handles bugs different that most people. Mom and Dad have been very sick but I had none of there symptoms. One thing is for sure, I hurt bad when I don't exercise. Laying around for 4 days does not my body well. My weight this morning was 219.6 pounds No way in hell I have gained 4 pounds in 4 days. I know your body can show a 4 pound difference in just one day but it stll sucks. I am still on track for my marathon, I just need to get in a 14 miler this week. Pray for warm weather because I want to get outside. Life is to short to have all this cold weather

Sorry you have not been feeling well, I have not been able to get this junk out of my lungs. I am sure it has a lot to do with the junk in the air. Thanks for the work out advice I have been getting atleast 45 min 4-5 days some better then others. Spring is right around the corner hang in there. Love ya and take care.

Sorry to hear that you are under the weather. I hope that you can bounce back in a hurry. I hope the weather turns around for you so you can get outside and enjoy the fresh air. I really take for granted the weather we have here. I feel like I should honor you guys and run outside more. Get feeling better. PS- love the picture for your blog.

ReplyDeleteA wise man once told me to just get up on my feet and do something. Great advice. I think he helped create a monster.
If anyone on this rock cam get back in the game and do the marathon still, it would be you.
