05/01/11

I was sore today but needed to mow the pasture and the corrals before the grass got so high that the mower couldn't handle it.  I only was able to get that, a little bit by the road, the grass island in the driveway and some edging.  With that done I can now consentrate on the main lawn this week.  I didn't workout because my body is sounding off with, "what the heck are you doing to me this time and why".  I want 10 hours of sleep last night but there was no way that was going to happen.  To bed at 1130 and up at 0730 for 8 hours.  More than I have been getting but I really needed more.  No snow today.  The wind blew most of the day and it was partly cloudy all day long.  Said it was 52 but I don't believe it.  A hard freeze warning for tonight so there goes the apricots.  I moved around most of the day so hopefully I will be more lose tomorrow.  A new week and month of workouts start tomorrow, can't wait.

  1. I know what you mean when you say that it will be nice to be in marathon shape all the time. I don't want to worry about passing my PT test anymore. And I don't want to be fat anymore. So it's on from here on out. I got my first marathon to look forward to and getting under 220 and STAYING there. We need to take this one day at a time and one workout at a time. We will get to where we want to be. Working out rocks even though it sucks some times. Love ya.
