Weights
A very good workout yesterday. I lifted weight for 65 minutes and ran for 3.36 miles burning around 1137 calories. The weights was a circuit non stop workout from one station to another using medium weights. I am feeling it today. Funny because yesterday I weighed 221 and after all that workout and eating really good this morning I was 222. I don't think I will have a weight loss for November, I might even have a gain. I can't get discouraged. I just need to stay consistent and the results will come. Be Consistent

Hey Dad it is your long lost son Bill. Sounds like you have been doing pretty good to me.I got up this morning and got on the treadmill for and hour but I only got about 2.5 miles, better then nothing. Work is insane but I need to get the workouts going again my blood sugars really show a differance. Love ya keep it up and stay strong. Come on May!!!!!!!!
