Training day 4

I am back  up to 223.8 and that pisses me off.  It was the best mountain stage of the Tour and even though I didn't eat much junk, I ate almost constantly through the 6 hours of programming.  I did my workout out of 3.92 miles with sit ups, stretches and push ups so I am not slacking there.  Sometimes you can eat health food but you eat to much of these and it shows the next day.

2013 loss so far:  -20.2
Goal weight should be:  -24

  1. I'm staying on schedule right now. For some reason I didn't post on Wednesday and I took a rest day yesterday because we were so busy. One more shipment and we'll have all our things. Keep up the good work. Still very afraid for my scale to show up! Yikes!!!
