7/22/13 Week 1 Workout 7

Yea for me, I week one in the books and it feels good.  I made good use of my Friday rest day with almost 13 hours of sleep.  I didn't get up until 930 today for 11 1/2 hours.  Having 2 rest days are really needed right now.  Hope my body can handle the work load it takes to get through a marathon training program.   For my cross training yesterday I road the bike for 10 miles around Manti.  Week one is in the books, rest day today, then on to Week 2.  I still need to eat better consistently to get through this training I really want to do because I Love Marathons

  1. I enjoyed my rest day a little too much by shoveling bad food into my pie hole. Something I need to work on. I have to remember "you can't out run a bad diet".
