Week 2 Workout 3

Monday was a rest day, Tuesday did 4.02 miles and yesterday did 3.17 miles for a good start to the week.  I am very tired even with the added sleep and rest days.  I hope my body can catch up and start getting healthy.  Eating still sucks big time.  Will keep plugging along and see if I can get things together at the same time like eating, exercising and rest, all into one package for a change. 

2013 starting weight:  243.2
Todays weight:  222.6
2013 loss so far:  -20.6
End of June loss should be:  -24
Cycled this year for:  31.22
Ran this year for:  123.23
