09/29/11

Yesterday did Insanity for 40 minutes and burned around a 1000 calories.  I am paying for it today, but todays exercise will be tomorrows post.  Three workouts in so far, I will do at least 5 this week.  I need something that is not high impact so it will be cycling or walking.  I can't remember hurting this bad.  I will work thru this and be stronger for it
