09/27/11

I didn't get any workouts in other than a wheeler ride to see the leafs on the west mountain.   They were great.  Last week I did two YRG's for a total of one hour.  Did one Insanity for one hour.  Together these burned a little over 2000 calories.  I am still so sore in the mornigs that I can hardly move.  The Insanity is super high impact high intensity cardio, so that is also keeping me sore.  The Yoga For Real Guys should be good for me with all the stretching.  I can't keep up with these workout the way I did last month but I can do enough to keep me from going crazier than I am.  I need to get out and do some walking or hit the bike for a ride.  You have to do exercises, if for nothing else but to keep you sane
