I did YRG yesterday for one hour. That included a 15 minute ab session, for the total workout I burned 639 calories. The groin is loosing up and is only painful when I put on my shoes and socks in the mornings. The back of my left leg (upper calf and lower hams with the two tendons), still giving me fits. My right shoulder that I have injured many times over the years hurts so bad that I can't do pushups during my workouts. I hate taking IB's and generic (wallyworld) pain meds but that is the only relief I get. I decide yesterday to checkout my workout log and see how many day I actually worked out the last three month. It sure was a shocker for mr. consistency! July worked out 12 days, August 11 days and September just 7 days so far. I might need to change my blogs name. Looking at that, no wonder I got hurt that day I ran so hard. In three months I had ran only 8 days. I am making this promise to myself, I will be more consistent in Oct
