09/24/11

On Thursday I did the YRG again for 30 minutes and burned around 300 calories.  Yesterday just rested.  I started taking in about 12 grams of protein 3 or 4 times a day to see if that aids my recovery.  Still having problems with my legs and now my shoulders hurt like hell.  I will work thru this if it kills me.  Age and slow recovery sucks big time
