Yesterday was a walk because of pain issues with yesterdays soreness and arthritis issues. Got thru the walk ok but I can't believe how sore I am today. Will have to see if it is workout soreness or the other issues. Trial and error/Trial and error from now on. Enough of that, I got the exercise in and that is what counts.. I walked for 2.39 miles yesterday and ended the month with 20.18 miles. I am still gaining weight so I need to set some goals. So to not set myself up for failure I will lose 5 lbs this month. I think a little over a pound a week is doable. I am going back to posting my weight with every post. I am looking forward to a warm day so I can ride the bike and see how it affects my joints. I hope that the bike will give me the ability to get in my long mileage fix that I so badly need. We will see
