Did a short walk on Friday of 1.14 miles.  My week totals are 7.88 miles of walk/running.  Things are slowly coming along.  Still need to figure out if I hurt from working out or the pain is worse because of working out.  Either way I will always workout.  It might not be as intense as days gone by but it will get my heart rate up there.

WEEK TOTAL:  7.88 MILES
WEIGHT 238.1  (239.4)
