01/31/12

I went down yesterday around 10am and got on the treadmill.  I warmed up and ran for a minute then walked for 2 minutes.  The workout pick up my mood quite a bit for the rest of the day.  By 3pm I was exhausted but felt good having my workout in.  I think getting the workout in before 3pm helped.   I can't believe how sore I am today from that little bit of a workout.  2.16 miles kicked my butt.
