Walk/Ran for 2.26 miles on the treadmill.  Stayed on track with my eating last night.  It was harder than the night before but I made it thru.  The problem I have when I first start out is not eating enough.  I am trying to track my calories which should help.  My Dr. appt. is today at 3:30.  I have many questions that I need answers to.  No workout today but will hit it tomorrow.
