01/30/12

I am still trying to figure out how I can be consistent with my workouts.  The stiffness and swelling are the worse in the mornings, so would a morning workout be the answer.  Work out the swelling and stiffness in the morning when I have more energy, when I'm not so tired.  As of late I am having a hard time keeping my eyes open in the afternoon, so getting on the treadmill is a chore.  Maybe sometime around noon when the soreness and swell are not as bad and I still have a little energy left.  I will try the around noon out this week and see how it works out.  Friday walked for 1.57 miles on the treadmill
