02/17/10
No exercise the last few days. I am feeling better, just no motivation. I am thinking for things that will motivate me. New shoes: I still have 4 pair with fairly low mileage on them, so no. Clothes: I have everything I need to run in. Enter a race: I am entered in Ogden Marathon in May and still no motivation. New diet: No urge to diet at all. I have even gained 5 pounds. Something new for the bike: I have everything I need to ride. Bike is set up for a 100 mile plus ride and no movitation here either. I have a bad case of something? I will work on getting out of this mood

I am right there with you. I just don't have any motivation to work out. I blame winter!! I think we have bear blood in us because I feel like hibernating...oh yeah, and eating! That is all I want to do right now. I guess we just need to weather the storm and the case of the doldrums will soon pass and we will find our will once again. Bring on Spring!!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had the magic answer. All I can say is get over it and look how far you have come. You are amazing and when I think of the changes you have made in your life, and what you continue to do. Like you always say just run and get out there and do it the motivation will come when those endorphines are courseing through your veins. Love ya, stay positive. Like Brandon said bring on the spring. Maybe you need a camp trip to get re centered.
