March first!
Here I go again, starting over, again. I am hoping for a better attitude since spring is just around the corner. Looking back through my logs I seem to flounder the months of January and February. My mileage for Jan and Feb 09 was 54 miles. My mileage for Jan and Feb 10 is 90 miles. It must be the time of year. Since I am aware that my mileage suck during these 2 months next year I can do something about it. Went for a ride Saturday to the Swell which helped my cabin fever. We have a outing planned for this weekend which will be fun. Here are my stats and they are not good. 3/1/10 I am 242.2 lbs with 41.2 % body fat. My blood pressure is 146/93 and my pulse is 75. I don't have to tell anyone that is not good. I have the Ogden Marathon in 10 weeks so time to get moving. Three weeks later I have Utah Valley Marathon. I am not going to set any weight loss goals. I just need to get healthy. I need to feel comfortable in my skin again. I will try and stay more positive with everything. Stay positive and Just Run

ReplyDeleteIt is time to get this thing started once and for all. I am two for two this month so far, so that is a good start. I'm not saying that my run/walks were wonderful by any means but I got outside and worked out. I have been watching what I am eating and it is killing me. I broke down tonight and had ONE package of Little Debbie swiss rolls. That is hard to only have one package. But other than that slip up I have done fairly well these past couple of days. Keep it up and let's see where this can take us. Love ya. JUST RUN
