3/3/10

Yesterday was an ok day. I got in 4.08 miles of mostly walking with a little running in 60 minutes and burned 747 calories. Not that great but at least I did something. We are going to Kanab for the weekend and it should be fun. Just try and get in some type of exercise each day

  1. Heck I am enjoying my walks just as much as I am enjoying my running at the moment. It is amazing how fast the calories add up if you take a couple of short walks during the day. Then throw a run on top of that and you can burn some serious calories. I think you are on the right track and don't feel discouraged about only getting in a walk. It's better than sitting on the couch doing nothing. Keep it going! Love ya.
