02/14/10

It was 50 degrees or very close. I had to get out and do something. Another bicycle ride to Sterling. 10 miles in 54 minutes and burned 554 calories. These short rides hopefully will get my butt used to the bicycle seat. Legs had alot of life in them yesterday but were pretty dead today. Riding is easier on me than running. I need to mix it up and not get locked into doing one thing. Just run, Just ride, just do something
