Over all last week was pretty good. I road the bike yesterday for my longest ride of the year, 19.36 miles. Longer than I planned with way to much wind. But as I always say the more wind the better the workout. I made one mistake with my eating. I had planned to have one day where I can eat anything. I went way over board on Saturday and it stills shows on the scale Monday even after the long ride. I will only have a cheat meal instead of a cheat day and see how that goes

Sounds like a good ride. I wish it was easier to get eating under control BUT when you love food like we do it's a constant struggle. Oh well. Keep up the good work. Love you.
