A year, one day at a time. Day 50. Week 8.

Ran yesterday for 3.51 miles.  Last month was a little better with having ran 34.22 miles and cycled 32.06 miles.  Working thru my health problems this way is the way to go.  I THINK!  I will try harder this month on the weight loss and see if I can get better numbers.  Things can be done it is just finding the will power to do it

  1. Good to see you're making improvements when you can. I don't have the health problems but I still have a hard time finding motivation some days. My ultimate motivator is I want to be skinny/fit again. Oh yeah, and look good! LoL!! Love ya.
