Last weeks totals
Bicycled 43.98 miles and did Insanity for two 45 minutes session totaling 1h30m. Burned 4349 calories that otherwise I wouldn't have. Total workout time was 4h54m. The week was ok for not feeling that chipper. I am having way to many health proplems for all the exercise that I do, just plain feeling like crap, if you no what I mean. Carolyn wants me to adjust my diet instead of just talking about it. So today I will start with taking little things out and putting healthier things in my diet.
