Good workout
I did a double yesterday with cycling in the morning and Insanity in the afternoon. Cycling for 10.59 miles and did Insanity for 45 minutes which burned 1348 calories. Probably the calorie count is to high but I'll take it anyway. I have gained weight again so I need to be more consistent. My goal right now is to get in at least 4 workouts a week while I am at work
