Bicycled for 10.46 miles which took 45 minutes and the old Garmin 101 said I burned 1479 calories.  I road faster than normal and I weigh 234 but I still think that is to many calories burned.  To get the workout in I have been going down and changing into my riding clothes around 10:45.  I try and be riding by 11:00 because I have to be back by 12:00.  This will work out every day but Monday because of staff meeting.  Once my body gets used to this I will add in another 45 minutes of something.  By the way, the reason I am not using my new Garmin 210 is that it is locked up and won't connect to the internet.  Sucks
