I had a very good workout today. Can you believe today's workout was motivated by my workout yesterday. How can I be motivated by a workout from another day. Remember I did not want to workout yesterday but, I did. When you stick with your workout plan and do the workouts even when you don't want to or don't feel like it motivates your psyche. I ran for 5.71 miles and swam 1h for a total time of 2h20m and burned 1399 calories. Life is so good when you exercise

Sounds like you are getting a good mix of exercise in your workouts. I know I enjoy the pool when I go with the kids. I am going to get one of those belts so I can hit tthe pool in the mornings I don't have work. Keep it up!!
