Finished up Couch to 5k week 7 workout 3 with only a 2.13 mile run. Had a hard time getting into it. I did a 10 miles bicycle ride around town on Saturday and I don't know if that was why I had such a bad run or not. Slipped a little with my eating and the scale and the pain proves it. Need to stay on track. I would like to be below 205 by the end of June.

Sounds like you are doing good Dad, keep it up and you will have your goal. I am back up in weight so I am trying to eat better, fight through this depression and get healthy, I hope to be able to at least do a 5k with you some day when I get back. Love you.
