Day 14
Woke up feeling bad on Sunday, to the point that I didn't get much done. I didn't want to break my streak with my 8 week training program so I went anyway. Went to the High School and did 6, 4 minute runs with a 2 minute walk in between. I ran slower so I could get through the workout. Got in 16.04 miles for the week. Completed my second week, only 6 more to go

Well it sounds like you are keeping up with your schedule WHILE I am sucking at life!! No dental work until next Thursday so I will pick it up at the gym again. I've been slacking too long now and it shows! Time to get RE-motivated.
